United Hospice of Rockland Offers Educational Support to the Community:

  • Educational Offerings are provided to healthcare professionals on topics such as: Advance Directives, Pain Management, Principles of Hospice and Palliative Care, Care of the Dying and miscellaneous other topics. We also offer speakers who provide an interesting, informative and thought-provoking program for community groups such as Rotary, churches/synagogues, parents' assocaitions, etc. We are happy to work with you to develop a presentation that meets your needs. Family Information Packet: This packet was designed for families who have a loved one receiving services from United Hospice of Rockland.  Others may find it valuable as well. Some individuals want to prepare for the loss of a loved one by putting things in orders so that it is somewhat easier when they actually lose their loved one.
