Support Group Schedules

Healing Hearts Program - UHR’s family bereavement program designed for children, ages 3-18 who have lost a loved one, meets in a group on the first and third Wednesday of each month or in a group on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 5:30 pm - 7:15 pm. Spouse Loss Support Group - Monday and Tuesday evenings or Monday and Wednesday daytime. Pre-registration is required.

Stepping Out - Social interaction for those who have lost spouses, the second Friday of each month from 7:00-10:00pm starting September 14th.

Adult Suicide Loss Group - Meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 12-1:30pm.

Child Loss Group (Our Kids) - Meets the first Monday and third Thursday of each month from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.

Sibling/Parent Loss Support Group - Meets Tuesday evenings

General Bereavement -- Saturdays starting June 2nd.
