Circles of Life
Through our Circles of Life program, UHR acknowledges and thanks those who provide significant financial support to help fund our mission of caring for individuals with serious illness, their families and those who have lost a loved one. Our Circles are grouped as follows:
Diamond Award: Lead Donor
Platinum Circle: Total annual contribution of $25,000+
Gold Circle: Total annual contribution of $10,000 to $24,999
Silver Circle: Total annual contribution of $5,000 to $9,999
Bronze Circle: Total annual contribution of $2,500 to $4,999
UHR will present the following benefits to members of the Bronze Circle:
- Your name listed on a “Circles of Life” display at the Hospice Center
- Your name listed on a “Circles of Life” sign on display at UHR Events
- Your name listed in the UHR Newsletter
- Invitation to UHR’s Circles of Life members-only event
UHR will also present the following additional benefits to members of the Silver Circle:
- All benefits listed under Bronze Circle, plus:
- Invitation to the annual Rockland County Philanthropy Day Breakfast in November.
UHR will also present the following additional benefits to members of the Gold, Platinum and Diamond Circles:
- All benefits listed above, plus:
- Two complimentary tickets to the annual UHR Gala (non transferable)
Note: Membership benefits last for one year and are based on cumulative giving from previous year.
